Freight Policy
Books will be shipped F.O.B. from:

No handling charge. Insurance upon request
Co-op Policy
W. H. Freeman and Company has co-op funds available for selected frontlist
and backlist titles. Ask your sales representative for details. All
co-op advertising must have prior approval. All credit will be applied
to the store's account.

A 10% service charge will be deducted from allowed credit if returns
are directed to any address other than the above.
Method of return:
No prior authorization is required. All returns must be PREPAID. If returned COLLECT, the
shipment will be refused.
Return shipment requisites:
Enclose packing slip with shipment, including:
- Invoice number
- Your account number
- Date of purchase
- Reason for return
- Detailed list of contents
Books returned without the above information will be credited at maximum discount.
Stop Orders
Stop Orders will earn a 30% discount. For one or two books add $2.00
postage and handling. For three or more books add $3.00 postage and
handling.
Conditions for Credit
Books must be in unmarked, saleable condition and returned within
24 months of billing date. Unsaleable copies will be returned to sender,
via UPS, COLLECT.
