Freeman’s eBook, Portal, and loose-leaf versions offer all the content of the print text at prices that are significantly less that the traditional printed textbook:

 

• e-Books. W. H. Freeman eBooks cost nearly 50% less that the printed version of the text—yet they offer an expanded range of learning opportunities by combining a complete interactive version of the book (including graphics, tables, boxes, and end-of-chapter resources) with all of accompanying electronic student media and additional study features. Here’s how the features of Freeman eBooks compare to the electronic versions of our textbooks offered by our publishing partners.
• W.H. Freeman Portals. Portals bring together a complete eBook of the text, all student and instructor media, and a range of helpful assessment and course management tools—all in one affordable, customizable, and easy-to-use learning space. All of this for about the same price as the Preview a Portal in your discipline here.
• Loose-leaf versions. Available for selected titles and around 50% of the cost of a traditional bound text, the loose-leaf option gives students the complete, full-color printed textbook in a format that saves them from carrying the entire book to class—they can just take the sections they need!
